You will receive an email once we have connected you with a home service provider. We will also send in app reminders leading up to your appointment.
Can I change or cancel my service ?
Yes. You will have the option to cancel or modify your booking up to 12 hours before the service starts. If you cancel or change your booking less than 12 hours in advance of the booking, then you might have to pay a late cancellation/modification fee.
Where and how can I track my booking ?
Your bookings can be tracked and managed through our app, which can also be used to view the details and request modifications. If you’re using the website, bookings can be tracked under the Account section.
